DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Ripper Productions respects your right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal, accounting, contractual or legitimate business requirements to retain certain records.

Request deletion

To request deletion of information associated with your interaction with Ripper Productions, including information submitted through Facebook or Instagram advertising, lead forms or direct messages, email:

Data Deletion Request

Please include:

•your full name;

•the email address and/or phone number you used when contacting us;

•the platform you used, if relevant (website, Facebook, Instagram, email or phone); and

•a short description of the information you would like deleted.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your request and take reasonable steps to verify your identity before deleting information. We will delete eligible personal information from our active systems or de-identify it, unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or record-keeping purposes.

We aim to complete eligible requests within 30 days. If we need more time or cannot fully comply with a request, we will explain why.
